15 Minseasy

Serves: 4

pasta with walnuts and 1912 artisan stilton

  • 400g penne pasta
  • 25g butter
  • 1 white onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 garlic clove, crushed
  • 1 tbsp fresh chopped sage, or 1 tsp dried
  • 100g 1912 Stilton®, cubed
  • Handful toasted walnuts, chopped

As the name suggests, this pasta is really quick and simple to make but it’s packed with flavour.

This dish is best eaten right away when the 1912 Stilton® is beginning to melt. Oozey, gooey and unctuous, people won’t believe this dish took less than 20 minutes to make!

A real mid-week time saver.
