Ingredients
- 75g softened butter
- 450g 1912 Stilton®
- 15 cream crackers

Method
- Butter one cream cracker at a time.
- Slice the 1912 Stilton® into 1cm thick slices, roughly the same size as the cream crackers, using a hot knife.
- Top the buttered cracker with the 1912 Stilton®, then set on to a serving board.
- Repeat stacking the buttered crackers and 1912 Stilton® on top of each other, so you have a tower.
- Keep building the tower as high as you dare.
- Serve straight away before it topples over!
