Ingredients

  • 75g softened butter
  • 450g 1912 Stilton®
  • 15 cream crackers

Introduction

Your mother may have said don’t play with your food but Marco Pierre White disagrees.

Method

  1. Butter one cream cracker at a time.
  2. Slice the 1912 Stilton® into 1cm thick slices, roughly the same size as the cream crackers, using a hot knife.
  3. Top the buttered cracker with the 1912 Stilton®, then set on to a serving board.
  4. Repeat stacking the buttered crackers and 1912 Stilton® on top of each other, so you have a tower.
  5. Keep building the tower as high as you dare.
  6. Serve straight away before it topples over!
