400g Prepared pizza dough or home made
3 to 4 spoonsful of pizza sauce
100g Buffalo Mozzarella
70g Sliced Sundried Tomatoes
80g 1912 Artisan Blue Stilton Cheese
1 red onion thinly sliced
3 or 4 mushrooms thinly sliced
1 handful of spinach leaves

This recipe brings together the creamy tang of our Artisan Blue Stilton Cheese, succulent sun-dried tomatoes, fresh spinach, and more, all atop a perfect crust.

Whether you’re an experienced chef or trying your hand at homemade pizza for the first time, this recipe promises a delightful Stilton adventure.


1. Follow the instructions on your dough and
ensure this is ready for preparation for your
2. With your dough at room temp (so it’s super
stretchy), preheat the oven on to 240ºC/
Gas Mark 9. If using your Ooni or other
pizza oven, please follow the instructions as
appropriate. Split into 2 x 200g making
2 pizzas.
3. Dust a work surface, rolling pin and baking
tray with flour
4. Stretch, roll and shape your dough into
a rough, rustic, circular shape
5. Put the base onto the pizza peel
6. Top your pizza with a generous helping
of pizza sauce
7. Add your toppings and layer on the
mozzarella cheese
8. Finish by crumbling over the 1912 Artisan
Stilton Cheese
9. Bake in your oven for 10-12 minutes,
or your Ooni Pizza oven for about 2 mins
or until golden brown
