Our Golden Blue
Our 1912 Golden Blue is deliciously creamy with mellow blue undertones. This vibrant cheese is a rich orange colour, which natural extract from the berry on the achiote tree, originally discovered in South America. It has distinctive blue veining with a mellow and tangy taste, making it an ideal introduction to Blue Cheese. Each cheese is turned by hand and matured under the close love and care of our Master Cheesemakers.

Our farmers are dedicated to quality, upholding the highest standards of animal welfare and land care. They also support surrounding ecosystems and community projects, and sustainability initiatives such as tree planting, hedgerow management, and carbon reduction projects.
We’ve entered our top-quality Artisan Stilton® and Golden Blue into several awards over recent years and we’ve been proud to receive a number of gold trophies – a real testatment to the hard work that’s gone into perfecting our fine cheeses.
