Our 1912 Golden Blue is deliciously creamy with mellow blue undertones. This vibrant cheese is a rich orange colour, which natural extract from the berry on the achiote tree, originally discovered in South America. It has distinctive blue veining with a mellow and tangy taste, making it an ideal introduction to Blue Cheese. Each cheese is turned by hand and matured under the close love and care of our Master Cheesemakers.
Our Golden Blue cheese was recognised by the International Cheese & Dairy Awards in 2022 as the best cheese in the world of over 4000 international entries.
